Message from Donna (Sissie Kay)

I was so sad to hear about Patty. I have many fond memories from my youth of playing with her and the rest of the Bates kids on Happy Ridge during our family Sunday visits after church services. Patty grew into a wonderful christian woman whom I know her mama and daddy would be so proud. I can only imagine the rejoicing in heaven today as they welcomed home their baby girl and Alice and Steve embraced their little sister. Though sad in this world we take peace at the happiness and joy being shared in their family renunion. A reunion we will all take part in with our Savior Christ at the blast of the Trumpets. My prayers for her girls and the rest of the family.

Patty was one of one of the sweetest people that any of us had ever known! I will miss her positive words of encouragement for any situation. God bless her daughters, Samantha and Jennifer, and her grandchildren, and her brothers and their families. Patty is now walking the Streets of Gold!!
