Loraine Darby

1942-2018

Loraine Darby, 75, of Mt. Juliet, TN, formerly of Flatwoods went home to be with her Lord on January 26, 2018.

Mrs. Darby was born April 4, 1942 to the late Robert Edward Clark and Viola Short in Ashland.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Forest Lee Darby.

She was a member of the Plaza Community Church of the Nazarene where she was a former Missionary President, delegate to the general assembly, Sunday School teacher and youth leader. She loved her Church and family dearly.

Surviving is one daughter, Marcia Ann(Dave) Wilks; son, Randal (Lisa) Darby; five grandchildren, Chase (Nikki) Wilks, Mason (Kristen) Darby, Hannah (Chris) Martin, Sidney Darby and Andrew Wilks; four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1 pm, Monday, January 29, 2018 at the Plaza Community Church of the Nazarene in Russell with Reverend Warren Toler and Reverend Robert Hale officiating. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be after 11 am, Monday at the Church.

In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Plaza Community Church of The Nazarene, Missionary Fund at 784 Diedrich Blvd. Russell, KY 41169
