Dear family. I am so sorry to hear of Tootie's passing today. It says in the Bible, that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. We have total assurance that she stands in the presence of God Almighty going from this life to a new one. This is one of the greatest legacy anyone can leave to their family. I know I will see her again one day! God Blees You All!

Gertrude (Mrs. Barber) was a joy to know during my youth. She was a great Sunday school teacher and then my Jr. Church teacher. She taught me and 2 of my siblings. She always had a smile for me and encouraged me to sing in Jr. Church. (I'm now a 51 year old Worship Leader). I loved her dearly as a young boy at WWEBC. She was a positive influence on my life and always had a hug for me as a young adult! She is so deserving of the rich reward she now enjoys! I'm sure her smile is even brighter.
