William Lee Fraley
William Lee Fraley was born November 16, 1958 in Pomana, CA, to the late Bert & Magolene Spears Fraley of Greenup, KY.
Bill was a 1976 graduate of Greenup County High School and a Morehead State University Alumni.
He was a long time employee of Pathways, Inc., but Bill’s heart was that of a musician. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Lynn. One brother, Mark Douglas and his wife Paula of Russell, KY. Two nephews, Jacob Morgan Fraley and Nicholas Fraley and one niece Kaitlynn Fraley. Along with a multitude of extended family and friends.
Bill was a prominent bassist and vocalist for many local bands and has shared the stage with a multitude of nationally known acts.
Bill had an uncanny knowledge of many areas. Everything from computers and music recordings to motor cycles and fishing.
He was talent a without compare and the world has lost a gift. It is a more silent place without his music.
Bill will be missed by all who knew him but especially by his wife Lynn and his fur baby Harli.
It was a beautiful reunion for him see his mother and father and dear friend Keith Justice, as well as his favorite dog Yogi.
Bill had a heart after Christ and more than anything he is now with his Lord and Savior praising him with the beautiful voice God entrusted to us on earth for a short time.
Honorary pallbearers include; Scott Ross, Josh Kitchen, Ben Boggs, Jeremy Terry, Terry Scarberry, and Michael Terry.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at Carman Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday, from 6:00PM – 9:00PM at the Funeral Home.
