Willard Fisher

Willard “Butch” Fisher, 64, passed away, April 23, 2018 in Kingsbrook Life Care Center.

Mr. Fisher was born April 18, 1954, in Ironton to Ruby Ellen Nolan Fisher and the late William Eugene "Bill" Fisher.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his brother John William Fisher.

Butch formerly attended Advance Memorial United Methodist. As a past Chief of Police of Flatwoods he taught gun safety classes. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and loved spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by three children, Michelle Marie Fisher, Christie Fitchpatrick, and Lynn Mays; his mother, whom currently resides at Kingsbrook Life Care Center, Ruby Fisher; four grandchildren, Trinity Nicole Caudill-WV; Courtney Leasha Caudill, Aaron Fitchpatrick, and Samantha Patterson; one great-grandchild, Bryson Scott Caudill; two siblings, Marie Fisher (Robert) Hoyle, Gary Wayne Fisher; best friend forever, Kathy Fisher; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Fisher; Aunts and Uncles, Mrs. Charles Fisher, Jr.,  Thelma (Harold) Dillow, Phyllis Wells, Ann Howell; nieces and nephews, Jason Hoyle, Joshua Hoyle, Logan Hoyle, Elizabeth Hoyle, Katelynn Hoyle, Logan Fisher, Cody Fisher, Gregory Fisher, Kimberly Fisher (Ed)  Elliott, Christopher Elliott, Matthew Fisher, Joshua Fisher, Sophia Fisher, Jennifer (Josh Massie) Fisher, Charlotte Massie, Charles Massie; a host of other family and friends who loved Butch.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods.

Visitation will be after 10 am, Saturday at the funeral home.
