Vicki Lynn Johnson

Vicki Lynn Johnson 61 of Ashland went to be with the Lord on September 6, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her loving family  and is now wearing a shining set of angel wings after a long battle with cancer. 

Mrs. Johnson was born April 3, 1959 to the late Jerald Sepe and Doris Quashnock. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother,Dawn Quashnock.

Vicki was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Ironton Ohio. She participated in many church activities as a volunteer and loved to attend mass daily. Mrs. Johnson worked for Spears Law as a legal associate for many years. In her spare time Vicki enjoyed many different activities such as gardening,reading a good book, going to church and expressed her love for others through her cooking. Mrs. Johnson enjoyed helping others, there was always a house full around the table at her home.

Vicki is survived by her husband of 40 years, James E. Johnson Jr., two daughters Tationia Johnson and Tiffany (Aaron)Hemphill and one Son James(Trey)Johnson III, two grandchildren; Lazarus Poindexter Jr. and Rhyan Hemphill.  Two sisters; Valerie (Wade) Ashley, Veronica (Jason) Houston along with a host of other family members and friends who will miss her terribly but understand that she is now in a better place.

A Memorial Mass will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Saint Lawrence O'Toole Church in Ironton, Ohio. A meal will follow after at the Parish Life Center. 

Family will receive visitors after 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Church.
