Vicki Inez Williams

Vicki Inez Williams, 67, of Wurtland, passed away February 21, 2022 in Kingsbrook Lifecare Center.

Mrs. Williams was born January 31, 1955 in Ashland to the late John and Virginia Cumpston Stewart.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Williams; one son, Eric Kelly; and four siblings, Sherman Stewart, Willy Stewart, Mary Ann Hockley and Tommy Stewart.

Vicki was of the Nazarene faith and attended the Twin Fork Nazarene Church. She loved to work outside soaking up the sunshine in her flowerbeds. She was outgoing, feisty, opinionated but had a heart of gold and loved everyone. Vicki enjoyed classic rock and country music and watching an episode of Judge Judy. She found the most joy out of being with her family at reunions and being with those who loved her most.

She is survived by one son, Nathan (Ronni) Kelly; one daughter, Nedra (Brian) Gipson; grandchildren, Brianna Gipson, Michael York, Jenny Gipson, Cody Kelly, Justin Kelly and Alley Kelly; nine great-grandchildren; brothers, Tony, Barry and John Stewart; sisters, Ruth Clear and Eva Stewart; and her special friend, Little Vic.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Carman Funeral Home to assist in final expenses.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 25, 2022 at Carman Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, February 24, 2022 at the funeral home.
