Tedd Michael Vallance, 57, of Sacramento, CA, passed away Friday, December 1, 2017 at his residence.

Mr. Valance was born Feb. 16, 1960, in Ashland, to Harold and Lottie Vallance.

Tedd was of the Nazarene faith. He was a graduate of Russell High School, and DeVry University. Tedd was a very generous person that loved making art, music, working on computers and took pride in all things he did.

In addition to his parents he is survived by one daughter, Chelsie Vallance; two step-children, Jessica Holsey and Nicholas Holsey; brother, James (Patricia) Vallance; sister, Christi Vallance.

A memorial service will be held at 11 am, Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Plaza Community Nazarene Church in Russell, with Pastor Paula Sargent officiating. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to Plaza Community Church in Tedd’s memory.
