Tammi Lee Slone

Tammi Lee Slone, 51, of Ashland, passed away August 19, 2021 in King’s Daughters Medical Center.

Ms. Slone was born April 8, 1970 in Jacksonville, FL, to Donna Luke and the late Leonard Luke.

Tammi worked in food service at KDMC. She loved staying busy and would do anything for anyone; she was also known for a bubbly personality that could light up a room. Tammi was a collector of anything elephant and pig related.

Along with her mother, Donna, she is survived by two sons, Wesley K. Nunley and Robert A. Luke; one granddaughter, Alaina James Nunley; along with one brother, Leonard Luke.

A gathering of family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Carman Funeral Home.
