Sherry Lynn Hensley Marx

Sherry Lynn Hensley Marx 64, of Naples Florida passed away suddenly Saturday afternoon August, 17, 2019 at home.  Sherry was born October 22, 1954 the fourth daughter of the late Warren G and Hattie Louise Tackett Hensley.

Sherry was a 1972 graduate of Russell High School.  She was retired from Ashland Marathon where she worked for over 25 years.   She was past Exalted Ruler and Deputy Director of the Elks Lodge 350 of Ashland, KY.  She was currently the Exalted Ruler of Elks Lodge 2010 of Naples, FL. 

Sherry is survived by her husband Roger Marx, whom she married June 9, 2018.

Additional survivors include her son Joe Riffe (Sami) of Montana.  Three granddaughters Chasey and Brett Riffe of Huntington WV and Brie Riffe of North Dakota.  One brother, Warren Hensley Jr (Noy) of Flatwoods.  Three sisters,

Mary Frances (Mike) Willis of Flatwoods, Donna Huddle of Naples FL., and Jo (Bob) Johnson of Melbourne, FL. She is also survived by 4 step-children, 8 step-grandchildren and 7 step-great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews who loved her greatly.  She will be sadly miss by all.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at Carman Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Pridemore officiating.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday, August 26, 2019 at the funeral home.
