Ruby Elizabeth Gillispie

Ruby E. Gillispie, 89, of Greenup, passed away Feb. 11, 2019, in Boyd Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born Aug. 23, 1929, in Rice, to the late James and Bertice Gillispie.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Rollan Gillispie; and one sister, Blanch Collins.

Ruby was formerly employed at Kings Daughters Medical Center in housekeeping. She was a member of Danleyton Missionary Baptist Church and in her free time she enjoyed working in her garden.

She is survived by her nephew, Kelly (Brenda) Collins; and many other family and friends.

A private burial was at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens.
