Ronald C. Grimm, 68, of Flatwoods, passed away October 19, 2021 in King’s Daughters Medical Center.
Mr. Grimm was born May 20, 1953 in Paintsville, to the late Carl and Ida Vanhoose Grimm.
Ronald was a former employee of Miller Brothers where he worked in the strip mines. He loved to cut up and have a good time with family and friends. He was a comedian in his own mind and was funniest when he wasn’t meaning to be. He met no strangers and was hard not to love. He enjoyed fishing, going to the shooting range, and making knifes. He was also an avid fan of Batman.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Ann Carpenter Grimm; one daughter, Ronni (Nathan) Kelly; one grandson, Matthew Little; one brother, Chris (Sandy) Grimm; along with a special brother-in-law, Joe Carpenter.
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to Carman Funeral Home to assist in final expenses.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Carman Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, October 22, 2021 at the funeral home.
