Robert J. Braden

Robert J. Braden, of Sarasota, FL, passed away March 5, 2020 at his residence.

Mr. Braden was born July 31, 1939 to the late Leslie Joe and Leoris Dysard Braden in Ashland.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by one brother, Bill Braden.

Robert was an avid University of Kentucky sports fan. He enjoyed horse racing, being outdoors, and spending time with his family, especially being with his granddaughters.

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Phyllis Braden; one son, Bobby (Anne) Braden; two granddaughters, Abbey and Sarah Braden; one sister, Patty Darby; along with a host of nieces and nephews and other very close family and friends.

Graveside services will be at 1:00, Thursday, March 12, 2020 at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to Hope's Place at 1100 Greenup Ave, Ashland, KY 41101.
