Patricia Ann Rayburn

Patricia Ann Rayburn of Prestonsburg, formerly of Russell, passed away December 20, 2020 in Riverview Health Care Center.

Ms. Rayburn was born March 28, 1938 in Ashland to the late Hager and Effie Howell.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband L. Phillip Rayburn Jr.; one daughter, Vicki Wallace; and one brother, Donald Howell.

Patricia was of the Christian Faith and held membership at Bridges Christian Church. She loved to sing with her family and was a crafty woman.

She is survived by one son, Andrew (Diana) Rayburn; two grandchildren, Larry Rayburn and Jayma (Chris) Woods; one great-grandchild, Marley Rayburn; along with two sisters, Ella Louise Lyon and Bertha Alice Warnock.

In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Riverview Health Care Center at 79 Sparrow Ln, Prestonsburg, KY 41653. 

Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m., Monday, December 28, 2020 at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens.
