Nellie Frances Miller

Nellie Frances Miller, 69, of Flatwoods, passed away Wednesday July 7, 2021 at her residence.

Ms. Miller was born March 6, 1952 in Jackson, Michigan, to the late Paul Heistan and Emma Jean Curry Hilliard.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her granddaughter Ivy Frances Price.

Nellie loved Cats, quilting and crafting.

She is survived by her daughter, Lee Anna (Robert) Fortner; son, Thomas Allen Isbell; grandchildren, Quanna Price, Darra Spain, Hawk Price and Bobby Isbell; great grandchild, Kodi Venatter; brother, Paul Allen Heistan.
