Mary Gamble

Mary Jane Gamble, 81, of Flatwoods, passed away July 27, 2019 surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Gamble was born Feb. 1, 1938, to the late Herman and Rosie Hamilton in Greenup.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her daughter, Vickie J. Gamble; three siblings, John Hamilton, Howard D. Hamilton and Goldie Stapleton.

Mary was a wonderful and loving mother and wife. She enjoyed caring for other. In her free time you would find her cleaning or cooking.

She is survived by her husband, James Gamble; one son, Harold Dean (Angelina) Hamilton; two grandchildren, Callie Marie Hamilton and Brandon Eaves; five great-grandchildren; Aura Hamilton, Julian Eaves, Ozzy Eaves, Iris Eaves, Autumn Eaves and one on the way; four brothers, William Hamilton, Herman Hamilton Jr., Ray Hamilton and James Hamilton; four sisters, Ginny Newman, Barbara Hamilton, Shelly Gumbert and Marcella Hamilton; along with a host of other family and friends.

A private family burial will be at a later date.
