Lawrence "Larry" Eugene Carr

Lawrence “Larry” Eugene Carr, 72, of Garrison passed away January 28, 2020 at his Home surrounded by his Family.

Mr. Carr was born August 26, 1947 in Ashland to the late Robert and Edna Carr.

Larry was a Proud Veteran of the United States Army and retired as a Heavy Equipment Operator/Supervisor at Mountain Enterprises. He enjoyed hunting, farming, gardening and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his lovely wife of 53 years Diane Kay Carr; daughters, Shelley (Tim) Browning and Kathy Carr Oney; Grandchildren, Ashley (Moe) Carper, Zane Carper, Emily Browning, and Isaac Browning; Great Grandchildren, Hendrix and Alexis Wall; brother, Bobby (Sheila) Carr; Mother in law Catherine Greene; nephew, Michael (Misty) Carr; grand niece and nephew Mason and Morgan Carr; and a multitude of loving family and friends.

Serving as pallbearers will be Zane Carper, Isaac Browning, Michael Carr, Moe and Hendrix Wall, Steve McCormick, Donnie Greene and Timmy Greene.

Funeral Services will be at 12:00 p.m., Monday February 3, 2020 at Carman Funeral Home with Brother Lloyd Baldridge officiating. Burial will follow at the Kentucky Veteran Cemetery Northeast.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, February 2, 2020 and one hour before the Funeral Monday at the Funeral Home.
