Lawrence Andrew Rayburn, 41, of Mount Sterling, formerly of Russell, passed away March 16, 2021 in the University of Kentucky Hospital.
Mr. Rayburn was born March 5, 1980 in Ironton, Ohio.
He is preceded in death by his mother, the late Vicki Rayburn.
Larry was a former Carpenter for Hoover Construction and attending the Eastern Kentucky University. He found joy in art and sharing his passion for it with others. In his younger years Larry was an athletics enthusiast and enjoyed hunting. The music of Bob Marley spoke to him so much that he named his daughter after him.
He is survived by his daughter, Marley Rayburn; one sister, Jayma (Chris) Woods; uncle, Phillip Andrew (Diana) Rayburn; and girlfriend, Christine Bevan.
In lieu of flowers donations are requested to Carman Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
Funeral services will be at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Carman Funeral Home.
Visitation will be after 4:00 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
