Lawrence Edward Greene

Lawrence Greene, 69, of Flatwoods, KY passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born December 28, 1952 in Ashland, KY to the late Arthur and Violet McComas Greene. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers Richard and Jim Greene.

Larry was a former employee of Sam’s Club where he worked for over 25 years. He enjoyed helping others anyway he could, and was an avid collector of glass, and fine artwork.

Those left to cherish his memory is his brother John Greene, brother-in-law Rick (Connie) Singer, sister-in-law Vickie (Kevin) Adams, a special lifelong friend, Joe Singer, and numerous nieces, and nephews that will miss him dearly.

A celebration of life will be held at Carman Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 25th at 1PM. Friends and family may visit one hour prior to service time.
