Judith Petty

Judith Brown Petty, 80, of Russell, KY passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 13, 2022 with her family by her side. Mrs. Petty was born on August 13, 1942 to the late Richard and Pauline Prince Thompson.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one sister Ann Rutherford.

Judith was a Bank Teller for Third National Bank which is now PNC, she was also a homemaker and enjoyed hobbies such as; collecting glassware, estate sales, attending church at Shawnee Church of God, Flatwoods, KY, working on small projects at her home, but most of all spending time with her grandchildren family and friends.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 42 years John Petty, her two sons; Charles Brown, and Gregory Brown, one sister Lois Ratliff, four grandchildren; Cody Brown, Samuel Brown, Christopher Bond and Sara Terry, three great-grandchildren; Jaxon Kennard, Garrett and Brooklyn Terry, as well as a host of loving friends and family that will miss her dearly.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens.
