John K. Whitt

John K. Whitt, 51, of Greenup, passed away October 9, 2021 in King’s Daughters Medical Center.

Mr. Whitt was born March 8, 1970 in Ashland to the late John and Renita Napier Whitt.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Kelly Nicole Whitt-Cherry; and one brother, Mark Justin Whitt.

John was the owner of KJK Storage. He loved history, listening to music, traveling and cheering for the Pittsburg Steelers. He also enjoyed being out in nature and had a love for animals.

He is survived by his brother, Jon Zachery Whitt-Cherry; aunt Deborah McDermott; and his best friend Brent Bernard.

A celebration of life will be at 7:00 p.m., Friday, October 15, 2021 at Carman Funeral Home.

Visitation will be at 6:00 p.m. until service time, Friday, at the funeral home.
