Jack Riggs, 91, of Russell, passed away March 16, 2021 in Oakmont Manor.
Mr. Riggs was born May 14, 1929 in Russell to the late James and Stella Patterson Riggs.

Jack was a proud Veteran of the United States Navy. He was a member of the Raceland Christian Church and was a former Elder of the Russell Christian Church, now known as Bridges Christian Church. Mr. Riggs retired as a Real-estate Appraiser. In his younger years he was an outstanding athlete. He enjoyed a round of golf from time to time with his son or friends.
