Frances Sallie, 76, of Flatwoods, KY., passed away Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Ashland Community Hospice in Ashland, KY. She was born August 20, 1941 in Raceland, KY., a daughter of the late Creed and Marvie Patrick Potter.

Besides her parents she is preceded in death by two sons Roy Bradley and Timothy Sallie, three sisters Freda Austin, Louise Blevins and Pauline Brown.

Surviving are three grandchildren Hunter Sallie, Steven (Miranda) Bradley and Rachel (Brian) Jenkins, one sister Virginia Vanhoose, one nephew William McCallister, four nieces Vicki Kelly, Donna Thompson, Marcella Welter and Linda Park as well as several other nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held 1 P.M. Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Flatwoods Freewill Baptist Church with Danny Brown officiating. There will be a private burial at a later date. Friends may call at the Church on Saturday from 12 P.M. until the service hour. Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY., is in charge of arrangements.

The family suggest in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Funeral Home to defray the funeral expenses.
