Donald E. Caproni

Donald E. Caproni, 85, of Worthington passed away July 22, 2022 In King’s Daughters Medical Center.

Mr. Caproni was born July 1, 1937 in Ashland to the late Henry and Anna Wade Caproni.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife, Alice Sutphin Caproni and several brothers and sisters.

Donald was a former lineman for Prichard Electric and a 65+ year member of IBEW Local 317. He also served his country in the United States Army. Donald was a family man that loved his children, grandkids and his grand-dogs. He was an avid UK Basketball fan and in his younger years he enjoyed camping, boating and fishing.

He is survived by one son, Keith (Pat) Caproni; one daughter, Cathy Caproni; three grandchildren, Brad (Dana) Caproni, Alison Caproni and Nik Caproni; two brothers, Alfred (Gwen) Caproni and David (Sheila) Caproni; three sisters, Lena (Lafe) Adkins, Mary Caproni and Lea (William) Abrahanson; along with a host of nieces, nephews and other close family and friends.
