David Lee Sammons, 62, of Greenup passed away May 2, 2021 in the University of Kentucky Bluegrass Hospice Care Center.

Mr. Sammons was born March 5, 1959 to the late David and Billie Lou Hilton Sammons in Ashland.

He is survived by his wife, Pebble Sammons; one daughter, Amanda Johnson; one son, Keith David Sammons; and a grandson, Zander Michael King.

There will be no services at this time.
