Carol Ann Leunissen

Carol Ann Leunissen, 79, of Raceland passed away August 24, 2020 in the Kings Daughters Medical Center.

Ms. Leunissen was born February 18, 1941 to the late Clyde and Betty Brace Albrecht.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Leunissen.

Carol was a former employee and manager of Super Quik for nearly 30 years. She enjoyed taking care of her house plants, flowers and garden. In her free time you would find her reading her Bible.

Surviving are three sons, Randy, David and Marc (Karen) Leunissen; one daughter, Nancy Leunissen; grandchildren, Alexandra, Shelby, Zoe and Kyle Leunissen, Emily Castro, Adam Rosema and Brooke Bell; one brother, Terry (Pam) Albrecht; two sisters, Nancy Kruger and Marla Marek; along with her doggy companion, Jazzy.

A celebration of life will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 29, 2020 at Carman Funeral Home.

Visitation will be after 12:00 p.m., Saturday, at the funeral home.
