Betty Jane McCloud

Betty Jane McCloud, 94, of Worthington, passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2019 in Oakmont Manor.

Ms. McCloud was born October 18, 1924, to the late Lester and Helen Perkins.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Bernard McCloud; daughter, Bernita McCloud; brothers, Bernard Perkins, Ron Perkins, Dick Perkins.

Betty retired as the Owner of the Worthington Marina. She enjoyed Sewing, Flowers, Feeding Birds, and Gardening. As a former First Lady of Worthington she aspired to make her community the best it could be.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her children Ron (Regina) McCloud, Cheryl Miller (Randy), Carolyn (Kent) Herron; grandchildren, Terri (Brett), Bobby (Cheryl), Tyler (Lora), Jason, Lucinda (Paul), Brian (Tonja), James (Candy), Ronae; great grandchildren, Maddy, Izzy, Cameron, Kendall, Cody, Reecie, Stella, Emma, Eli, Tyler, Mileena.

Funeral Services will be at 12:00 p.m., Monday July 8, 2019 at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods.

Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Worthington Volunteer Fire Department Association at PO BOX 366  Worthington KY 41183.
