Sally Josephine Flannery, 79, of Salem, OH., formerly of Flatwoods, KY., passed away Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Salem Regional Medical Center in Salem, OH. She was born March 11, 1938 in Banner, KY., a daughter of the late Russell and Mary Hall Frazier.

She was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and enjoyed genealogy.

Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Robert Randolph Flannery, one son Robert Randolph Flannery II and one brother Russell Mont.

Surviving are her two daughters Robin Debusca of Kingsley, MI., and Diane (John) Dye of Lisbon, OH., one son John (Kathy) Flannery of Fishers IN., one brother Earsal Lee Frazier of Dwale, KY., fourteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and several other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral Services will be 11 A.M. Saturday, January 13, 2018 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 1001 Kenwood Dr. Russell, KY 41169 with Bishop Benjamin Hurt officiating. Entombment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Friends may call at the Carman Funeral Home Friday January 12, 2018 from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. and from 10 A.M. until the service hour at the Church on Saturday.
