Paul Willis Ruggles Jr. 74, of Flatwoods passed away Feb. 10, 2018 in Oakmont Manor.

Mr. Ruggles was born December 10, 1943 to the late Paul and Janie Ruggles Sr. in Clarksville, TN.

Paul was a Veteran of the United States Navy. He was a former conductor for CSX Railroad. He was a member of the American Legion. He enjoyed playing bingo, card games, fishing, watching UK basketball, but most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Linda Ruggles; two daughters, Amy Ruggles and Amanda “Mandy” (Joe) Wise; two grandchildren, Sara Wise and Hailey Wise; brother, Raymond (Susan) Ruggles; sister, Bonnie (John) Fugitte

Funeral services will be at Noon, Thursday, Feb. 15, 2018 at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods. Burial will follow in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Northeast.

Visitation will be after 10 am, Thursday at the funeral home.
