Gloria “Toni” Smedley Withrow 86, of Flatwoods passed away Sunday, July 30, 2017 in Kingsbrook Lifecare Center.

Mrs. Withrow was born December 10, 1930 to the late William and Nona Smedley in Rush.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Charles Withrow; brother, Denver Smedley; sister Katherine Peterson.

Toni was of the Baptist faith. She loved to bowl, crochet, work crossword puzzles and she was a certified florist.

Surviving are five sons Charles (Lu Ann) Withrow, Terry (Amy) Withrow, Randall Withrow, Mark (Dana) Withrow, and Douglas (Tina) Withrow; 14 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild; brother, Clifford Smedley; Special Friends, Lynn Bush, Vickie Wiley, and Nancy Lazear.

Funeral services will be at 2 pm Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods, with Derek Withrow officiating. Burial will be in Ross Cemetery in Rush.

Visitation will be one hour prior to service time Wednesday, at the funeral home.
