Glenna Ruth Crisp 85, of Flatwoods passed away Sunday, April 2, 2017 peacefully at her residence.

Mrs. Crisp was born November 29, 1931 to the late Glen and Dollie Ratliff in Richlands, VA.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Jack W. Crisp; grandson, Stephen Crisp; sister, Marcilea Lester.

Glenna was a member of the Flatwoods Church of Christ, and  Order of The Eastern Star. She enjoyed sewing, and knitting but most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.

Surviving is her daughter Carla (James) Large; sons, Tom (Mary) Crisp, Jim (Robin) Crisp, and Glen Crisp. Also surviving are several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Friday, April 7, 2017 at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods at 1 pm with Minister Mark Day officiating. Burial will follow in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens in Ashland.

Friends may call Friday after 11 am at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Flatwoods Church of Christ for Mission Outreach.
