Christopher Matthew Hudson, 38, of Huntington formerly of Ashland passed away February 2, 2018.

Mr. Hudson was born October 2, 1979 to Carroll Hudson and Carol Sanders in Richmond, VA.

He is preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Donald and Nell Hudson; maternal grandparents, Major and Evelyn Woodroof.

Christopher was a graduate of Russell High School and went on to study Business and Marketing at Marshall University. He had passion to rebuild and work on computers and cars. He enjoyed cooking, going out on the lake, adopting animals and hanging out with his friends. For several years he lived in California where he made lifelong friendships. He was known for his kindness and generosity.

Surviving is his father, Carroll Hudson and Carolyn Matthews; mother and stepfather, Carol and John Sanders; brothers, Daniel and Karen Hudson, Drew and Megan Hudson; sisters, Lisa Hudson Kim and Ginger Mascari Stark; aunts and uncles, Donald and Susie Hudson, and Charles and Nancy Hudson; dearest friends Mikal, Amber and Brian; four legged friends, Lola and Lil Kim, along with a multitude of cousins and a host of other family and close friends who will miss him dearly.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 pm, Friday, February 9, 2018 at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY with Pastor Ken Gowin officiating

Gathering of friends and family will begin after Noon, Friday at the funeral home.  All who knew Christopher and his family are asked to join us.
